Simple API for INI (SAIN)

SAIN (セイン) は、SAX 風に windows 等で良くつかわれる ini ファイルの読み込みを行うライブラリです。 「XML で記述するにはちょっと…」と言うときにお使いください。 SAX をほんの一口かじった程度の人が半分練習用に作ったライブラリなので過度の期待はご容赦ください。 構文解析も適当です。
